Your information is used solely to coordinate your photoshoot, manage bookings, and deliver your final digital assets.

4. Data Handoff & Responsibility

Once we have successfully delivered the final processed photos and videos to the client via the agreed-upon platform (e.g., cloud storage links, hard drives), it is no longer our responsibility to maintain or store your data. Clients are strongly advised to create backups of their files immediately upon receipt. ColorClick Studio is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or privacy breaches that occur after the data has been handed over to the client

1. Booking & Payments

A booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Packages are based on the requirements discussed during the enquiry phase.

2. Transportation & Logistics

• Studio-Arranged Transport: If transportation (cabs/vehicles) is explicitly booked and provided by ColorClick Studio as part of your package, we take full responsibility for the coordination and management of that transport service.
• Guest-Arranged Transport: If you choose to hire your own cab or arrange your own transportation to the shoot location, you are solely responsible for all logistics, safety, and transit timing. ColorClick Studio assumes no liability for delays, accidents, or issues arising from transport services not booked directly through us.

3. Conduct & Cooperation

We strive to provide a comfortable experience. Clients are expected to follow the photographer’s guidance to ensure the best results.

4. Deliverables

Final edits will be delivered within the timeline committed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total value of the package booked. We are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal property during the shoot.

Media Usage & Social Platforms Policy

• Portfolio & Promotional Rights: ColorClick Studio reserves the right to use selected photographs, cinematic films, reels, and behind-the-scenes content captured during your shoot for promotional purposes, including our official website, portfolio, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), and marketing campaigns.
• Client Consent: We assume that clients have no objection to the publication of their media unless a formal written request or objection is submitted to us prior to or during the shoot date. If a client prefers to keep their shoot private, they must notify us in advance so we can respect their privacy preferences.
